【摘要】 以省域公共体育服务核心竞争力比较与提升为研究目的,采用文献资料、头脑风暴、德尔菲法和加权平均法等方法,全面构建包含4个一级指标、11个二级指标、33个三级指标的省域公共体育服务核心竞争力评价指标和权重系数.以华东地区六省一市为研究对象,通过实证分析显示:江苏、浙江2省公共体育服务综合核心竞争力处于强势地位,上海、山东、福建3地处于优势地位,安徽、江西省居于劣势地位.针对现实瓶颈问题,进一步提出明确公共体育服务发展战略重点、提升公共体育服务发展整体实力和助推公共体育服务政策顺利落地的发展对策.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper,using literature data,brainstorming,Delphi method,weighted average method has built a comprehensive provincial public sports service core competitiveness evaluation index and weight coefficient.which includes 4 first level indicators,11 second level indicators and 33 third class indicators,Taking a city and six provinces in East China as the research object,the empirical analysis shows that the comprehensive core competitiveness of public sports service in Jiangsu and Zhejiang are in a strong position,in Shanghai,Shandong and Fujian are in the dominant position,and Anhui and Jiangxi provinces are in inferior position.In view of the real bottleneck problems,the paper further puts forward derelopment measures to set up strategic focus for the development of public sports services,to enhance the overall strength of public sports service.更多还原
