【摘要】 具备一定项目实践经验并掌握更多实用技能的硕士研究生群体,已成为规划设计企业新员工的来源主体。预先熟悉规划设计企业的机构组织、部门职责,明确规划设计企业的运行机制,了解项目管理的基本概念并具备面对实际管理问题的正确判断和应对能力,有助于提高研究生在就业市场的竞争力,也是风景园林硕士研究生阶段项目管理与公司组织课程设置的核心任务。以北京林业大学园林学院硕士研究生课程——项目管理与公司组织教学为基础,提出针对风景园林规划设计专业实践特点的课程教学体系、内容、模式和方法,通过行业发展回顾、管理理论学习、实际案例展示和行业现象分析等手段,诱导学生产生管理意识,使学生充分认知到风景园林技术应用逻辑和项目管理逻辑的区别,从而为其尽快完成从学生到从业者身份的转变奠定认知基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The postgraduate students with sufficient practical experience and knowledge reserves have become the main source of new employees for planning and design enterprises. It is helpful for the postgraduates to understand the organization and department responsibilities of conventional planning and design enterprises in advance, clarify the operation mechanism of enterprises, understand the basic concepts of project management, and cultivate the ability to correctly deal with practical management problems. To strengthen the competitiveness of postgraduates in the employment market is also the core goal of the course of Project Management and Enterprise Operations for the postgraduates of landscape architecture. Based on the postgraduate teaching in the School of Landscape Architecture in Beijing Forestry University, this research proposes the curriculum teaching system, content, mode and method specialty for landscape architecture planning and design. Through the means of industry development review, management theory study, practical case display and industry phenomenon analysis, it induces the students to spontaneously produce management consciousness, fully recognize the difference between landscape technology application logic and enterprise management logic, so as to make them complete the identity transformation from students to practitioners as soon as possible.更多还原
