【摘要】 为了探究长江经济带体育产业效率的现状及存在的问题,选取2013-2017年长江经济带11个省市的面板数据,利用CCR、BCC和Malmquist模型对长江经济带11个省市体育产业综合效率和全要素生产率进行评价,并构建Tobit模型对体育产业综合效率的影响因素进行分析.研究结果表明:长江经济带体育产业综合效率整体处于较高水平;投入冗余率高于产出不足率,且投入冗余现象较产出不足现象严重;规模效率无效出现率高于纯技术效率;4个时期内,长江经济带全要素生产率从下降状态转变为提升状态,并且保持较好的增长态势;Tobit回归结果可以看出,政府干预对体育产业综合效率具有负向影响作用,政策效应对体育产业综合效率具有正向促进作用.并提出了要加强跨区域合作、发挥"体育+"的溢出效应、释放多种动力的叠加效应,进而促进体育产业效率向更高水平发展等建议.更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the efficiency of sports industry in the Yangtze river economic belt of the current situation and existing problems, and selection of the Yangtze river economic belt in 11 provinces and cities in 2013-2017 panel data, using the CCR and BCC and Malmquist model of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze river economic belt sports industry to evaluate comprehensive efficiency and total factor productivity, and construct Tobit model to analyze the factors affecting the comprehensive efficiency of sports industry.The results show that the comprehensive efficiency of sports industry in the Yangtze river economic belt is at a high level.The redundancy of input is higher than that of output, and the redundancy of input is more serious than that of output.The inefficiency rate of scale efficiency is higher than that of pure technology efficiency.In the four periods, the total factor productivity of the Yangtze river economic belt changed from the state of decline to the state of improvement, and maintained a good growth trend.Tobit regression results show that government intervention has a negative effect on the comprehensive efficiency of sports industry, while policy effect has a positive effect on the comprehensive efficiency of sports industry.Some suggestions are put forward, such as strengthening trans-regional cooperation, exerting the spillover effect of "sports+" and releasing the superposition effect of various driving forces, so as to promote the development of sports industry efficiency to a higher level.更多还原
