【Abstract】 Innovation-Driven development is an inevitable choice for China to transform its economic development mode, and it is also the only way to realize endogenous growth and sustainable development. It is of great significance for accelerating the construction of an innovation-driven country. Marxist political economy is one of the main origin of innovative economic theory and provides a basic theoretical framework for innovation-driven development. Innovation is the primary driving force leading economic development and the prime driving force for the development of the contradiction between productivity and production relations. Scientific and technological innovation plays an endogenous driving role in economic development and plays a core role.
