【Abstract】 As an important Zen text with a deep connection with Shitou Sect,Zutangji has an obvious sectarian tendency. In terms of inheritance,Zutangji is devoted to establishing the Shitou Sect as the direct line of the Sixth Patriarch Huineng. In terms of the image of the founder,Zutangji tries to shape ShitouXiqian as the legal successor of the true Dhamma. In terms of Zen ideology,Zutangji regards Shitou Sect as the real inheritor of Tathagatagarbha. It is through these three aspects that Zutangji consciously and systematically highlights the orthodox position of the Shitou Sect in Southern Zen Buddhism.更多还原
