宜宾风化型砂岩的酸浸增白及其工艺研究

【摘要】 四川宜宾风化型砂岩的利用价值低,为更好地资源化利用风化型砂岩,本试验以磷酸为酸浸剂,草酸为络合剂,对风化型砂岩进行增白处理。通过对酸浸温度、草酸添加量和固液比等工艺条件进行单因素条件试验,确定酸浸温度为85℃,固液比为0.2∶1(g/m L),草酸添加量为1%。结果表明,经酸浸增白处理后,宜宾风化型砂岩白度从19.2%上升至33.6%,更适宜作为陶瓷原料。

【Abstract】 The weathered sandstone from Yibin in Sichuan province has a low utility value, based on the high-efficiency resource utilization, the weathered sandstone is whitened by acid bleaching. Phosphoric acid is used as acid leaching agent, and oxalic acid is used as complexing agent. Through the experimental research, the optimum leaching temperature, oxalic acid addition and solid-liquid ratio have been determined as 85 ℃, 1% and 0.2∶1(g/mL), respectively. The result shows that the whiteness of the weathered sandstone after acid leaching increases from 19.2% to 33.6%, which would be more suitable to be used as the raw material in the ceramic.
