蒙脱石-坡缕石复合黏土的结构、形貌与性能

【摘要】 以辽宁喀左钠基蒙脱石、盱眙坡缕石为研究对象,以X射线衍射、透射电镜、zeta电位分析、旋转黏度计等为研究手段,研究复合黏土及二者复合比例对其结构、形貌、性能的影响规律。结果表明,在水分散体系中,复合黏土中的坡缕石纳米棒晶有阻挡蒙脱石纳米片层重新组成层状结构的现象,从而降低了蒙脱石片层结构的有序度;同时在复合比例m蒙脱石∶m坡缕石=1∶9时,蒙脱石片对棒状坡缕石有"交联"作用,有利于提高坡缕石凝胶结构的稳定性,该复合样品表观黏度最大;复合样品的zeta电位绝对值和悬浮液的稳定性与蒙脱石的含量呈正相关,而润湿性呈负相关。在0.5% NaCl溶液中,复合黏土的抗盐性与蒙脱石的含量正相关,优于坡缕石;而在2% NaCl溶液中,复合黏土的抗盐性与蒙脱石的含量负相关,优于蒙脱石。复合黏土的组成对黏土的应用性能(黏度、润湿性、悬浮性及抗盐性)影响规律不同,在实际应用中可根据不同需求选择不同比例的复合黏土。

【Abstract】 In this paper,Liaoning Kazuo sodium montmorillonite and Xuyi palygorskite are used as research objects.The effects of composite clay and its composite ratio on its structure,morphology and properties were studied by X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,zeta potential analysis and rotational viscometer.The results show that in the water dispersion system,the palygorskite nanorods in the composite clay prevent the montmorillonite nanosheets reorganizing into a layered structure,thereby reducing the order of the montmorillonite sheet structure;When the compound mass ratio of montmorillonite:palygorskite is 1:9,the montmorillonite sheet has a "crosslinking" effect on the rod-shaped palygorskite,which is beneficial to improve the stability of the palygorskite gel structure,resulting in the largest viscosity in this composite ratio.The absolute value of the zeta potential of the composite sample and the stability of the suspension are positively related to the content of montmorillonite,while the wettability is negatively related.In 0.5% NaCl solution,the salt resistance of the composite clay is positively related to the content of montmorillonite and better than palygorskite.In 2% NaCl solution,the salt resistance of the composite clay is negatively related to the content of montmorillonite and better than montmorillonite.The composition of the composite clay has different effects on the application properties (viscosity,wettability,suspension property,and salt resistance).In practical applications,different proportions of composite clay can be selected according to different needs.
