基于高光谱的低温胁迫下冬小麦SPAD估算
SPAD estimation of winter wheat under low temperature stress based on hyper-spectrum
【摘要】 以拔节期冬小麦为研究对象,通过人工模拟低温胁迫,对冬小麦高光谱和SPAD之间关系进行研究.结果表明:在735和802 nm处建立的NDVI指数与SPAD的相关系数为0.86;在735和803 nm处建立的RVI指数与SPAD的相关系数也为0.86;基于RVI[735,803]波段构建了SPAD估算模型,表达式为CSPAD=273.9XRVI[735,803]-257.47.研究结果可为大面积冬小麦冻害快速无损监测提供有效的技术支撑.
【Abstract】 To make full use of hyperspectral technique on winter wheat cultivation, the relationship between hyper-spectrum and soil and plant analyzer development(SPAD) values of winter wheat undergoing low temperature stress at the jointing stage was studied. The results showed that the correlation coefficient between normalized vegetation index(NDVI) and SPAD was 0.86 at wavelength 735-802 nm, and the correlation coefficient between ratio vegetation index(RVI) and SPAD also reached 0.86 at wavelength 735-803 nm. The estimation model of SPAD based on RVI[735, 803] was constructed, and the expression was CSPAD=273.9XRVI[735,803]-257.47. The study provides technical support for the rapid and non-destructive monitoring of winter wheat against freezing injury in a large scale.
