气吸针式播种机吸嘴部件设计
Design Nozzle Components of Natural Seeder
【摘要】 为了实现林木种子的气吸针式精密排种装置的播种功能,分析了针式播种机吸嘴在吸种过程中种子的受力情况,得到影响播种机相关参数的关系式;应用SOLIDWORKS FloXpress对吸种器内进行流体模拟,得到吸嘴部件内部的流线分布图。结果表明,本研究设计的吸种器在抽真空过程中,流体介质中不存在明显的涡流;在吸种和排种过程中,最大压力位于吸种口位置,吸种器内部压力分布均匀,种子在吸附过程中受力均匀稳定,符合吸种器的设计要求。
【Abstract】 In order to realize the seeding function of the precise seed arrangement device with air suction needle,the stress on seeds by suction nozzle of a needle seeder during seed suction was analyzed.The relational expressions affecting the relevant parameters of the seeder are obtained.SOLIDWORKS FloXpress was used to simulate the inside of the seed suction device,and the streamline distribution inside the nozzle part was obtained.Results show that air suction needle is no obvious eddy current in the fluid medium during the vacuum pumping process.In the process of seed suction and seed discharge,the maximum pressure value is located at the position of the seed suction mouth,and the pressure distribution in the seed suction apparatus is uniform.During the process of seed adsorption,the stress is uniform and stable,which conforms to the design requirements of seed suction device.
