【摘要】 在福建省龙岩市油茶优树筛选的基础上,对筛选出的10个优树无性系和现有引种的9个油茶品种进行遗传测定。结果表明:5年生油茶无性系测定林的树高平均值为1.77 m,地径平均值为5.05 cm,冠幅平均值为1.50 m,且不同油茶无性系对这3个生长指标的影响均达到极显著水平;单株产果量平均值为5.8 kg,鲜出籽率平均值为42.6%,干出籽率平均值为27.8%,种子含油率平均值为45.9%,果实炭疽病平均发病率为2.0%。其中红山1号、河田2号、上杭1号、武平2号、新罗2号和漳平2号等6个无性系表现优良,5年生的重要经济性状指标均超过入选标准值。本研究结果可为进一步选育闽西油茶良种提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the selection of plus trees of Camellia oleifera in Longyan City,the genetic determination and re-selection of 19 clones,10 clones of local provenance and 9 existing varieties that had been introduced,were carried out by the way of nurse seed grafting.The investigation results of 5-year-old test forest show that,the average of tree height,ground diameter and crown width was 1.77 m,5.05 cm and 1.50 m,respectively.In addition,the effects of different clones on these three growth indexes were all very significant.Furthermore,the results of economic traits analysis show that,the average of fruit yield per plant,fresh seed yield,dry seed yield,oil content of seed and incidence of fruit anthracnose was 5.8 kg,42.6%,27.8%,45.9%,and 2.0%,respectively.And among the 19 clones tested,the economic indexes of 6 clones,including Hongshan 1,Hetian 2,Shanghang 1,Wuping 2,Xinluo 2 and Zhangping 2,met the industry standard of Camellia oleifera improved varieties,in that year.In conclusion,the results of this study laid an important foundation for the further breeding of improved varieties of Camellia oleifera in Western Fujian Province.更多还原
