垃圾渗滤液处理过程中溶解性有机物变化特征
Variations of Dissolved Organic Matter in Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Plant Leachate Treatment Process
【摘要】 文章以上海某大型城市生活垃圾焚烧厂产生的渗滤液为研究对象,采用分子质量分布、紫外光谱、红外光谱和三维荧光光谱等方法,对其在组合工艺的不同处理单元中溶解性有机物(DOM)的变化特征进行了系统研究。结果表明,渗滤液原液的主要物质组成为脂肪族有机物、色氨酸类和富里酸类物质,其分子量主要分布在<2 kDa和>10 kDa区间,占比分别为51%和24%。厌氧-两级A/O工艺对<2 k Da的DOM即脂肪族有机物和色氨酸类物质去除效果较好,其SUVA254值由0.116升至1.174;超滤-纳滤单元能截留大量难降解的芳香类和富里酸类物质,其SUVA254值由1.174降至0.497。UV254值随各处理单元由0.557逐级降至0.009,说明组合工艺能显著降低渗滤液的芳香度,最终纳滤出水中仍残留部分以小分子DOM为主要构成的色氨酸类物质。
【Abstract】 High concentration of organic matter is a challenge in the treatment of municipal solid waste incineration plant leachate. In this study, the leachate produced by a large municipal solid waste incineration plant in Shanghai was taken as the research object. Various methods such as molecular mass distribution, UV-Vis spectrum, FT-IR spectrum and three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum were used to systematically study the variations of the DOM in typical municipal solid waste incineration plant leachate treatment process. The results showed that the main substances in raw leachate were aliphatic organics, tryptophan and folic acid, and the molecular weights in raw leachate were mainly distributed in the interval of <2 k Da and >10 kDa, which accounted for 51% and 24%, respectively. Anaerobic-two-stage A/O process had a good removal capacity of <2 kDa DOM which were aliphatic organic matter and tryptophan substance. The SUVA254 value in anaerobic-two-stage A/O process increased from 0.116 to 1.174. Ultrafiltration-nanofiltration process could retain a large number of aromatic and fulvic acids which are refractory, and the SUVA254 value in this process decreased from 1.174 to 0.497. The UV254 value of the DOM in raw leachate decreased from 0.557 to 0.009 with each processing unit, indicating that the combined process could significantly reduce the aromaticity of the leachate. Finally, the residual part of the nanofiltration effluent is mainly composed of small molecule DOM.
