纤维素-乙醇胺化学固碳柱固定CO2
Fixation of CO2 Using Cellulosic-Ethanolamine Chemical Column
【摘要】 利用纤维素基质负载乙醇胺的方法制备固碳柱,搭建化学固碳装置和解吸装置,文章系统地考察了化学固碳柱的吸收和解吸效果,并应用于实际废气中CO2的吸收。实验结果表明,采用直径为13 mm的U型玻璃管作为吸附柱,当填充5 g负载了75%乙醇胺溶液的纤维素,固定CO2的饱和容量为0.46 g,当应用于吸收空气、模拟废气和汽车尾气中CO2时,均可使空气或废气中CO2的浓度降低至300×10-6(体积百分比)。吸附CO2的纤维素化学固碳柱可在150~160℃温度下完全解吸,化学固碳柱可重复利用。
【Abstract】 Carbon sequestration column was prepared by using cellulose matrix loaded ethanolamine, chemical carbon sequestration device and desorption device were set up, the absorption and desorption effects of chemical carbon sequestration column were systematically investigated, and the absorption of CO2 in actual waste gas was applied. The experimental results showed that the U-shaped glass tube with a diameter of 13 mm was used as the adsorption column. When filling 5 g of cellulose loaded with 75% ethanolamine solution, the fixed saturation capacity of CO2 was 0.46 g. When applied to absorb CO2 from air, simulated exhaust gas and automobile exhaust, the concentration of CO2 in air or exhaust gas could be reduced to 300 ppm. The chemical carbon sequestration column of cellulose adsorbed CO2 can be completely desorbed at 150~160 ℃, and the chemical carbon sequestration column can be reused.
