【摘要】 苏拉威西凤果（Garcinia celebica L.）原产于印度尼西亚的苏拉威西岛,是具有较大开发前景的热带珍稀果树。为了解决种苗短缺问题并促进其在亚热带地区的推广应用,本文采用了播种和扦插对其繁殖方法进行探究。结果表明:播种试验结果理想,成活率达90%;正交试验结果表明,选择200μg·ml^-1的吲哚乙酸蘸浸0.5 h可以取到较好的扦插效果,成活率为50%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Garcinia celebica L., being native to island of Sulawesi in Indonesia, was one kind of rare tropical fruit trees with great develop prospect. In this paper seeding and cutting techniques of were Garcinia celebica L. studied in order to solve the problem of seedling shortage and promote its popularization and application in subtropical zone. The results showed that seeding was a ideal technique by which survival rate reached to 90%. Orthogonal experimental study on cutting showed that 200 μg·ml^-1 indole-3-acetic acid for soaking the cuttings for 0.5 h was the better with the survival rate of 50%.更多还原
