【摘要】 选取2010～2020年5期遥感影像,运用遥感解译、图像分类、建设用地扩张测度指数、建设用地扩张形态识别等方法提取贵安温泉旅游度假区建设用地,分析探讨度假区不同时期建设用地扩张数量特征与空间形态,并分析建设用地扩张驱动因素,进而探讨了当地旅游导向型土地综合开发(TOLD)模式。研究结果表明:度假区10年来新增建设用地主要集中在仁山片区东雁综合体,建设用地扩张主要以跳跃式和外延式扩张为主。娱乐导向型多元开发下的东雁综合体TOLD模式有机整合了大规模开发、快速滚动开发、异质性开发、生态保护开发、集群开发、多元开发方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Five remote sensing images from 2010 to 2020 are selected to extract the construction land of Gui’an hot spring tourism resort by using remote sensing interpretation, image classification, construction land expansion measurement index and construction land expansion pattern recognition. The quantitative characteristics and spatial patterns of construction land expansion in different periods of the resort are analyzed, and the driving factors of construction land expansion are analyzed. Finally, the Tourism-oriented Comprehensive Land Development(TOLD) mode is summarized and discussed. The main research results show that: In the past ten years, the newly increased construction land in resort is mainly concentrated in Dongyan complex in Renshan area, and the expansion of construction land is mainly the leap expansion and extension expansion. The TOLD model of Dongyan complex under the entertainment oriented and diversified development organically integrates the multiple development modes of scale development, rapid rolling development, heterogeneous development, ecological protection development and cluster development.更多还原
