【摘要】 新型农业经营主体培育是典型水土流失区实现乡村振兴的重要抓手。本研究以福建省宁化县为例,应用层次分析法,在实地调研获取数据的基础上,以土地、资金、人才、管理、服务为影响准则层,构建以土地流转面积、水土流失面积等20个次一级指标的层次结构模型,分析研究区4种主要的新型农业经营主体:家庭农场、专业大户、农民合作社和龙头企业的培育影响机制。结果显示:家庭农场是研究区最主要的新型农业经营主体,其权重达0.463 6,其次是农民合作社、专业大户和龙头企业。在准则层中,权重从大到小依次为:资金、人才、管理、服务和土地。水土保持资金投入、水土流失面积、农业技术推广、新主体自身管理及新型职业农民对应准则层中权重最大的因子。可见在目前的发展水平下,研究区应以家庭农场为主,多途径拓展资金渠道,推动人才培育机制,培育新型职业农民,为研究区以新型经营主体为抓手的三农振兴奠定更结实的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cultivation of new agricultural management entities is an important way to realize the rural revitalization in typical soil erosion areas,such as Ninghua county of Fujian Province.Based on field investigation,this study built a hierarchical model with land,capital,talent,management and service as rule layer,which was supported by factor layer with 20 factors such as land circulation area,soil erosion area etc.Then the influence mechanism of the four main new agricultural management entities in study area with AHP was analyzed.The results show that,( 1) family farm is the most important new agricultural management entities in the area,with a weight of 0.463 6,followed by farmers’ cooperatives,large professional households and leading enterprises.( 2) In the rule layer,the weights are in descending order: capital,talent,management,service and land.In the factor layer,the most important factors include the investment of water,soil conservation funds,the area of soil and water loss,extension of agricultural technology, self-management of new entities and new type of professional farmers.( 3) The area should focus on family farms,expanding funding channels through multiple channels, promoting the talent cultivation mechanism and cultivating new professional farmers,so as to lay a more solid foundation for the revitalization of agriculture,rural areas and farmers with new operating entities as the starting point.更多还原
