【摘要】 水资源是指地球上具有一定数量和可用质量并能从自然界获得补充并可资利用的水。受自然地理因素和人类活动所影响,水资源演变具有一定的周期性和规律性。以吉林省第3次水资源调查评价成果为基础,分析评价了吉林省1956—2016年水资源数量、质量、影响因素及变化趋势。科学合理进行水资源演变分析评价,能够准确掌握区域水资源时空分布规律及变化趋势,为今后制定水资源战略规划、实施重大水利工程建设、落实最严格水资源管理制度提供重要依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Water resources refer to water on the earth that has a certain amount and available quality that can be supplemented and utilized by nature. Affected by natural geographical factors and human activities,the evolution of water resources has certain periodicity and regularity.Based on the results of the third water resources survey and evaluation in Jilin Province,this paper analyzes and evaluates the quantity,quality,influencing factors and trends of water resources in Jilin Province from 1956 to 2016.Scientific and rational analysis and evaluation of water resources evolution can accurately grasp the temporal and spatial distribution patterns and trends of regional water resources,and provide an important basis for the future development of water resources strategic planning,implementation of major water conservancy projects,and implementation of the most stringent water resources management system.更多还原
