10种复方中草药对鲟源海豚链球菌的体外抑菌效果研究
The antibacterial effects of compound Chinese herbal medicine against Streptococcus iniae from hybrid sturgeon
【摘要】 为筛选对鲟源海豚链球菌(Streptococcus iniae)有较好抑菌作用的复方中草药。采用牛津杯对九味羌活汤、桑菊饮等10种具有抑菌效果的复方中草药进行海豚链球菌体外抑菌试验,并通过二倍稀释法测定了10种复方中草药对海豚链球菌的最小抑菌质量浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌质量浓度(MBC)。结果表明:鲟源海豚链球对九味羌活汤和桑菊饮高度敏感,抑菌圈直径分别为(24.08±3.92)、(23.92±2.34) mm,其MIC值均为62.5 mg/ml,MBC值均为125 mg/ml。鲟源海豚链球菌对养阴清肺汤、八正散、五苓散和大青龙汤4种复方中草药中度敏感,而对槐花散、藿香正气散、麻黄杏仁甘草石膏汤和痰饮丸4种复方中草药低度敏感。九味羌活汤和桑菊饮对鲟源海豚链球菌具有较好的抑菌、杀菌效果。
【Abstract】 In this study, the antibacterial effects of 10 kinds of compound Chinese herbal medicines were detected, and the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) and the minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) of compound Chinese herbs were measured by microdilution procedure. The results showed that jiuwei qianghuo tang and sangju yin could effectively inhibit the growth of S. iniae with the diameter of inhibition zone of(24.08±3.92) mm and(23.92±2.34) mm. The MIC of jiuwei qianghuo tang and sangju yin were 62.5 mg/ml. The MBC of jiuwei qianghuo tang and sangju yin were 125 mg/ml.The MIC and the MBC of the other compound Chinese herbal medicines against the pathogenic bacteria were higher than 62.5 mg/ml and 125 mg/ml. In conclusion, jiuwei qianghuo tang and sangju yin could use as antimicrobial alternatives to control the S. iniae.
