不同溶剂下低聚壳聚糖对3种常见鸭源性致病菌的体外抑菌效果的影响
Inhibition effect of chitoligosaccharide with different solvent on three species of duck pathogenic bacteria in vitro
【摘要】 试验旨在探究低聚壳聚糖在不同溶液中对鸭源性大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌的抑制效果。通过琼脂平板稀释法,以水溶液或0.5%醋酸溶液作为溶剂,测定低聚壳聚糖对3种致病菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC);并通过比浊法评价3种菌在MIC下的菌体生长情况。在0.5%醋酸溶液条件下低聚壳聚糖对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌的MIC分别为0.10、0.50 mg/ml和1.00 mg/ml,并在MIC下完全抑制细菌生长。酸性条件下的低聚壳聚糖对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌的抑菌效果明显,是一种良好的抗菌剂。
【Abstract】 This experiment was designed to investigate the inhibitory effect of chitoligosaccharide on duck Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella in aqueous solution and 0.5% acetic acid solution. The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of chitoligosaccharide in aqueous solution and 0.5% acetic acid solution to three pathogens was determined by agar plate dilution method, and the growth of three bacteria in MICs was evaluated by turbidimetric method. As a result, in this experiment, the MIC of chitoligosaccharide in 0.5% acetic acid solution to Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella was 0.10, 0.50 and 1.00 mg/ml respectively, and the growth of bacteria was completely inhibited under these MICs. The chitoligosaccharide under acidic condition has good bacteriostatic effect on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella, and it is a good antibacterial agent.
