一种黑水虻养殖装置智能控制系统设计

【摘要】 黑水虻虫体富含蛋白质和其他营养物质,是具有开发潜力的动物蛋白质资源之一,尤其适合添加到动物饲料中。影响黑水虻养殖的主要因素有温度、湿度、光照条件、饲料含水量等。文章提出了一种以微型电脑为控制核心的黑水虻养殖装置智能控制系统,结合各类传感器和图像处理技术,能够实现进出料自动控制、养殖箱内的温湿度自动控制、饲料的自动均匀翻转。文章所设计的控制系统为实现黑水虻及其他昆虫的规模化养殖提供了技术支撑。

【Abstract】 Black soldier fly is rich in protein and other nutrients, which is one of the most potential animal protein resources, especially suitable for adding to the animal feed. The main factors which affecting the Black soldier fly feeding are temperature, humidity, illumination condition, feed moisture content and so on. In this papera design of intelligence control system for the feeding device of the Black soldier fly was proposed, which takes microcomputer as the control core, combined with various sensors and image processing technology, can realize automatic control of feed in and out,temperature and humidity in the breeding box and uniform turnover of feed. The control system designed in this paper provided support for the large-scale cultivation of Black soldier fly and other insects.
