丹参水提液对鹌鹑育雏期生长性能和血清生化指标的影响

【摘要】 为了探索丹参水提液对鹌鹑育雏期生长性能和血清生化指标的影响,试验选用120只1日龄鹌鹑,随机分为4个组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只。Ⅰ组为空白对照组,Ⅱ组为低剂量组(丹参水提液添加量为2%),Ⅲ组为中剂量组(丹参水提液添加量为4%),Ⅳ组为高剂量组(丹参水提液添加量为8%),试验期35 d。记录体重增长,并在35 d测定血清生化指标和器官指数。结果表明:①在鹌鹑饮用水中添加低、中、高水平的丹参水提液均能显著性的提高鹌鹑的体重和平均日增重(P<0.05)。②与空白对照组相比,各试验组的胸腺指数均显著性的提高(P<0.05);中剂量组和高剂量组脾脏指数显著性的提高(P<0.05)。③低剂量组和中剂量组血清总蛋白(Total Protein,TP)含量相较于空白组显著性的升高(P<0.05)。丹参水提液对育雏期鹌鹑的免疫和生长性能均有促进作用。

【Abstract】 By adding different levels of Salvia miltiorrhizawater extracts to quail’s drinking water, this paper studied the effects of Salvia miltiorrhizawater extracts on quail’s growth performance and serum biochemical indexes during hatching period. 120 1 d quails were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 repeats in each group and 10 quails in each repeat.Ⅰ groups as blank control group, Ⅱ for low dose group(Salvia miltiorrhizawater extract content of 2%), Ⅲ to dose group(Salvia miltiorrhizawater extract content of 4%), Ⅳ for high dose group(Salvia miltiorrhizawater extract content of 8%). The trial period was 35 days. Daily feed consumption and weight gain were recorded, and blood samples were collected from the wing vein at 35 days of feeding to determine serum biochemical indexes, and the organ indexes of quails were dissected. The results showed that:(1) adding low, medium and high levels of Salvia miltiorrhizain quail drinking water could significantly increase the weight and average daily weight gain of quail(P<0.05).(2) Compared with the blank control group, the index of each test group was significantly increased(P<0.05). The index of spleen in middle and high dose group was significantly higher(P<0.05).(3) Compared with the blank group, the content of TP in the low dose group and the middle dose group was significantly higher than that in the blank group(P<0.05). To sum up,Salvia miltiorrhizacould improve the immunity and growth performance of quail.
