城市居住区碳排放量与居住环境的关系——以天津市邮电公寓城南家园、新园村馨名园居住区为例

【摘要】 居住区碳排放是城市碳排放的基本单元,家庭碳排放成为低碳城市研究的焦点。为揭示居住区碳排放与居住环境之间的关系,通过网络和实地调研获取数据,分别计算家庭建筑和交通出行碳排放,运用定性和定量分析法探究家庭社会经济属性和居住区空间形态属性两方面与居民碳排放的关系,居民的社会经济属性方面提取家庭年收入、住房面积和节能意识3个因子,居住区空间环境方面提取开发强度、建筑与公共空间布局、道路网密度、功能混合度、公交和就业可达性5个因子,根据多元回归因子与碳排放量发现,高收入人群的社会经济属性与碳排放的相关性较大,住区的开发强度、建筑与公共空间布局直接影响了家庭生活碳排放,道路网密度、功能混合度、公交和就业可达性影响家庭出行碳排放,在此结论上提出低碳居住区的规划建议。

【Abstract】 Residential carbon emission is the basic unit of urban carbon emissions,and household carbon emissions have become the focus of low-carbon city research. In order to reveal the relationship between carbon emissions and residential environment,network and field investigation is conducted.Carbon emissions from household buildings and transportation are calculated respectively. Qualitative and quantitative analysis methods are used to explore the relationship between carbon emissions and socioeconomic attributes, which include annual household income, housing area and energy-saving consciousness. Also the relationship will be explored between carbon emissions and space form attributes,which includes development intensity, layout of building and public space, road network density,functional mixing degree,accessibility of public transport and employment. Multiple regression is used in these factors and carbon emissions. The result shows that the social-economic attributes are highly correlated with carbon emissions in high-income people. The carbon emissions of household buildings are directly affected by the development intensity and the layout of buildings and public space,while the carbon emissions of household transportation are affected by road network density,the functional mixing degree,the accessibility of public transport and employment. Based on these conclusions,the planning suggestions of low-carbon residential areas are proposed.
