重组人干扰素α1b雾化吸入对手足口病患儿CRP、NSE、S-100B水平的影响
Effect of Aerosol Inhalation of Recombinant Human Interferon α1b on the Levels of CRP,NSE and S-100B in Children with Hand-foot-and-mouth Disease
【摘要】 目的探讨重组人干扰素α1b雾化吸入对手足口病患儿C反应蛋白(CRP)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、酸性钙结合蛋白(S-100b)水平的影响。方法选取56例手足口病患儿按随机对照方法分为对照组(28例)和观察组(28例)。两组均常规对症治疗,对照组在此基础上采用利巴韦林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用重组人干扰素α1b治疗,治疗7 d后,比较两临床疗效、血清水平、症状缓解时间、炎症因子。结果治疗7 d后,观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,两组CRP、NSE、S-100b水平均较治疗前降低,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组发热、皮疹、水疱、呕吐等症状缓解时间均较对照组短(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,两组IL-6、TNF-α、INF-γ水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α1b雾化吸入治疗手足口病患儿疗效显著,可抑制炎症因子水平、蛋白水平,缩短症状缓解时间。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of aerosol inhalation of recombinant human interferon α1b on the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),neuron-specific enolase(NSE) and acid calcium-binding protein(S-100b) in children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods 56 children with HFMD were divided into control group(28 cases) and observation group(28 cases).Both groups received routine symptomatic treatment.In addition,the control group was treated with ribavirin,and the observation group was treated with recombinant human interferon α1b on the basis of the control group.After 7 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy,serum levels,symptom relief time,and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 days of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CRP,NSE and S-100b in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The relief time of fever,rash,blisters and vomiting in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,TNF-α and INF-γ in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The aerosol inhalation of recombinant human interferon α1b has a significant effect on the treatment of HFMD,which can inhibit the level of inflammatory factors and protein levels,and shorten symptom relief time.
