【摘要】 目的 试探讨脑卒中后肩手综合征采取神经肌肉刺激式康复疗法的效果。方法 选取大连医科大学附属大连市中心医院2014年1月—2019年1月收治的脑卒中后肩手综合征患者56例,以随机抽签法分成观察组及对照组各28例,对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在对照组常规治疗基础上实施神经肌肉刺激式康复疗法,比较两组的治疗效果以及治疗前后水肿、疼痛、上肢运动功能、日常生活活动能力、自我效能感情况。结果 观察组治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组水肿程度、疼痛视觉模拟评分、上肢简化FuglMeyer量表评分、改良Barthel指数评分、自我效能感评分均较治疗前有所改善,且观察组治疗后上述指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 脑卒中后肩手综合征采取神经肌肉刺激式康复疗法具有较好的临床效果,能够有效促进患者相关功能恢复,同时可改善其自我效能感水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of neuromuscular stimulation rehabilitation therapy on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke(SHSAS).Methods A total of 56 patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke admitted to Dalian Central Hospital Affiliated to Dalian Medical University from January 2014 to January 2019 were selected,and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 28 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received neuromuscular stimulation rehabilitation therapy on the basis of routine treatment in the control group.The treatment effect,edema,pain,motor function of upper limbs,activities of daily living and self-efficacy before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the edema degree,pain visual analogue score,simplified Fugl Meyer scale score,modified Barthel index score and self-efficacy score of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the above indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after treatment(P <0.05).Conclusion Neuromuscular stimulation rehabilitation therapy for shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke has good clinical effect,which can effectively promote the recovery of related functions and improve the level of selfefficacy.更多还原
