【摘要】 目的分析单侧鼻息肉样病变患者的组织病理学类型及其临床特征。方法回顾性分析广东省人民医院2017年1月～2019年12月经门诊初诊为单侧鼻息肉,且接受手术治疗的患者的病理学诊断结果。依据不同病理诊断分组,对比分析各病理组的一般人口学资料及临床表现特点。结果共390例患者经鼻内镜检查初步诊断为鼻息肉。124例患者被诊断为单侧鼻息肉而纳入本研究。其中,慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉是最常见的病理学诊断,占71.8%。其次为真菌性鼻窦炎(13.7%),再次为鼻腔肿瘤性疾病(14.5%)。面部胀痛及鼻臭症状与真菌性鼻窦炎显著相关。鼻出血症状与鼻腔肿瘤的病理诊断显著相关。结论对单侧鼻息肉样病变患者的临床特征详细采集,有助于患者组织病理类型的初步预测。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To analyze the histopathological types and clinical features of unilateral nasal polyp-like lesions.METHODS A retrospective analysis was completed on patients with unilateral nasal polyp initial diagnosed by endoscopic examination that underwent functional endoscopic sinus surgery from 2017 to 2019.According to different pathological diagnosis groups,the general demographic data and clinical features of each pathological group were compared and analyzed.RESULTS A total of 390 consecutive patients initial diagnosed by nasal endoscopy as nasal polyp were reviewed.Among them,124 patients identified with unilateral nasal polyposis were enrolled.Chronic sinusitis is the most common histopathological diagnosis,accounting for about 71.8%.Followed by fungal sinusitis(13.7%),and nasal tumor(14.5%).Facial pain and nasal odorwere significantly correlated with the presence of fungal sinusitis.There was a significant correlation between the incidence of epistaxis and the presence of nasal neoplastic process.CONCLUSIONA detailed collection of specific clinical feature of patients with unilateral nasal polyp-like lesionsis conductive topreliminary estimates possible histopathological type and proper management.更多还原
