一种单片机控制的时间差型直流漏电流传感器
A MCU Controlled DC Leakage Current Sensor Operating in Time-Difference Mode
【摘要】 通过对传统磁调制时间差型直流漏电流传感器的分析,提出了一种基于单片机(MCU,Microprogrammed Control Unit)控制检测的性能改善方案。该方案采用单片机控制全桥结构以驱动磁回路,单片机检测磁调制产生的时间差值信号,并实现电路的零磁通反馈控制。电路工作在单电源下,可以适应较宽的电源电压变化。实验电路获得了较高的测试精度。
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the traditional magnetic modulation DC(Direct Current)leakage current sensor operating in time-difference mode,a detection method controlled by MCU(Microprogrammed Control Unit)is proposed to improve the performance. In this method,a MCU controlled full bridge is adopted to drive the magnetic loop,and the MCU detects the time-difference signal modulated by magnetic field to achieve the zero flux feedback mode of the circuit. A single power source supplies the circuit and the circuit can be functional in a wide power voltage range. The test circuit achieves high accuracy.
