【Abstract】 Nanning is one of the first batch of pilot cities for the combination of medical care and nursing in china. As the capital chinese medicine hospital of Nanning city, Nanning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine benefits from the new historical opportunity brought by the combination of medical care and nursing, and makes full efforts to prepare for the construction of the first maintenance hospital of Nanning(Jiangnan Branch). Under such a background, keeping up with the pace of industry reform, innovating and developing the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine culture and technology promotion is the key to the rapid upgrading of our hospital, adapting to the development mode of combining medical care with nursing care, realizing the new trend of business growth and occupying a favorable position in the pension market. Based on the current situation of the elderly care industry in Nanning and the development problems faced by the combination of medical care and nursing, this paper aims at the problems and difficulties, and explores the new ideas of innovative development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry in the field of the combination of medical care and nursing.更多还原
