小龙虾车间早春繁育试验
Early Spring Breeding Experiment of Procambarus Clarkii Workshop
【摘要】 为探索小龙虾车间早春繁技术的可行性,开展小龙虾车间早春繁育试验。本试验构建了基于水泥池+轮叶黑藻的车间繁育模式,开展了车间内饵料投喂、水质调控和孵化管理等技术研究。繁育试验共139天,平均每尾雌虾产苗213尾,平均产苗率为60.8%。试验结果表明,小龙虾抱卵虾可适宜在广西南宁的冬末春初寒冷季节繁育,车间早春繁育模式切实可行,能提前在每年的2~3月获得早春繁育苗种。试验结果为小龙虾的早苗繁育提供科学借鉴。
【Abstract】 In order to explore the feasibility of early spring propagation technology in procambarus clarkii workshop, the experiment of early spring breeding in procambarus clarkii workshop was carried out in this study. In this experiment, a workshop breeding model based on cement pond and black algae was established, and the technical research on bait feeding, water quality control and incubation management in the workshop was carried out. The breeding trial lasted 139 days, each female Procambarus Clarkii produced 213 seedlings with an average 60.8% seedling yield rate. The experimental results showed procambarus clarkii with eggs could be bred in the cold season of late winter and early spring in Guanxi Nanning, and the early spring breeding mode in the workshop is feasible, which could produce procambarus clarkii seedlings in February to March of each year in advance. The results provide scientific reference for early propagation of procambarus clarkii.
