硅酸盐基稀土发光材料制备的研究型实验设计与实践

【摘要】 围绕培养应用型、创新型人才理念,设计了"硅酸盐基稀土发光材料的制备"研究型实验,内容包括稀土发光材料领域前沿知识的学习、高温固相合成方法的实践、粉末X射线衍射及荧光数据的分析、白光发光二极管(w-LEDs)器件的组装四部分.实验项目的实施,有助于巩固学生无机化学专业知识,初步了解晶体学及结构化学内容,深入理解稀土发光材料的发光机理,练习用Origin处理数据及科研论文的写作,能培养学生的创新思维,提高科研素养;高温固相合成及w-LEDs器件组装的实践,既锻炼了学生的实验操作能力,又培养学生应用意识.

【Abstract】 Based on the concept of cultivating application and innovative talents, a research-type experiment of preparation of silicate-based rare earth luminescent materials was designed. In this experiment, the students should acquire frontier knowledge of rare earth luminescent materials, practice high temperature solid phase synthesis operation, analyze X-ray diffraction and fluorescence spectrum data, and fabricate white light emitting diodes(w-LEDs) devices. The project is beneficial for college students to consolidate their professional knowledge of inorganic chemistry, preliminary study the contents of crystallography and structural chemistry, deeply understand the luminescence mechanism of inorganic rare earth materials, learn how to draw scientific illustrations using Origin and write scientific papers. Meanwhile, it is meaningful for cultivating students’ innovative thinking and research ability. Moreover, through learning and practicing the high temperature solid phase synthesis operations and w-LEDs device assembly, the students can improve their experimental operation skills and application consciousness.
