【摘要】 职业教育治理现代化的本质是职教资源的优化重组与不断整合,通过推动"一元治理向多元治理""善政到善治""人治到法治"等的转变实现资源要素互补,治理效率提高,治理法制化等。但是目前我国职业教育治理体系存在行政化管理体系呆板、行业组织体系指导不足、质量评价政策滞后等问题。为推动我国职业教育治理体系的现代化,必须构建新时代职业教育治理体系,重新界定政府权力边界,建立跨界治理制度等,从而带动职业教育体系科学化治理的实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 The essence of the modernization of vocational education governance is the optimization,reorganization and continuous integration of vocational education resources. By promoting the transformation of "unitary governance to multiple governances", "good politics to good governance", and "rule of man to the rule of law", we can realize the complementarity of resource elements, the improvement of governance efficiency and the legalization of governance. However, there are some problems in the governance system of vocational education in China, such as the rigid administrative management system, insufficient guidance of the industry organization system, and lagging quality evaluation policies.
