【摘要】 校企合作是学校与企业共建共享的"双赢"模式,有助于提高职业教育人才培养质量,但合作如何推进、效果如何评估一直是个难题。基于政策的视角,将我国职业教育校企合作历程划分为初步确立阶段、快速发展阶段、逐步稳定阶段和内涵建设阶段,并认为校企合作质量评估政策带有典型的自上而下特征,是行政主导、市场驱动的结果。同时对我国校企合作质量评估政策的制定、内容和参与者进行分析,提出加快制定相应的政策法规、建立完善的评估信息平台、改善评估人员的缺失问题、提高评估主体的参与度、实现校企双方目标的一致性等策略,以推动校企合作质量评估发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 School-enterprise cooperation is to build and share a "win-win" model which helps to improve the quality of talents training in vocational education, but how to promote cooperation and how to evaluate the effect has always been a problem. From the perspective of policy, the process of school-enterprise cooperation in China is divided into four stages: initial establishment stage, rapid development stage, gradual stability stage and connotation construction stage. The quality assessment policy of school-enterprise cooperation has a typical top-down characteristic, which is the result of administrative guidance and market driving. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes the formulation, content and participation of school-enterprise cooperation quality assessment policy in China, and put forward some strategies, such as speeding up the formulation of corresponding policies and regulations, establishing a fully functional evaluation information platform, improving the lack of evaluators, increasing the participation of evaluators, and achieving the objectives consistency of both sides, so as to promote the development of school-enterprise cooperation quality assessment.更多还原
