多传输零点的宽带带阻滤波器设计
Design of wideband bandstop filter with multiple transmission zeros
【摘要】 设计了一款具有多个传输零点的宽带带阻滤波器。滤波器由两个传输路径构成,路径一由一段终端开路四分之一波长微带传输线和一段四分之一波长微带传输线并联构成,路径二由一段四分之一波长微带传输线,一段终端开路平行耦合微带线和一段四分之一波长微带传输线依次串联构成。经理论分析和ADS仿真,此结构滤波器可以在阻带内产生五个传输零点,增大阻带带宽。为了证实此结构,采用HFSS设计了一款阻带中心频率为1 GHz,20 dB相对带宽为100%的宽带带阻滤波器。
【Abstract】 Here a wideband bandstop filter with multiple transmission zeros was designed. The filter consists of two transmission paths. The path 1 consists of an open-end quarter wavelength microstrip transmission line and a quarter wavelength microstrip transmission line, which are in parallel. The path 2 consists of a quarter wavelength microstrip transmission line, an open-end parallel coupled microstrip line and a quarter wavelength microstrip transmission line, which are in series. The theoretical analysis and ADS simulation show that the structure of the filter can generate five transmission zeros in the stopband and increase the stopband bandwidth. To verify this structure, a wideband bandstop filter with a central frequency of 1 GHz and a 20 dB fractional bandwidth of 100% was designed by HFSS.
