【摘要】 基于洛阳市375个旅游村统计数据,结合地理数据、交通数据,采用Bootstrap-DEA模型、可达性算法、耦合分析法等方法,围绕乡村旅游资源的配置效率、交通可达性及两者间的关联性展开研究。研究显示:综合技术效率平均值达到0.411,整体水平偏低;平均可达性时间为2.8 h,低于中国4A级及以上旅游景区的平均水平;旅游效率和可达性间平均耦合度为0.955,耦合协调水平为0.46,66.9%的旅游村的旅游效率滞后于交通可达性。洛阳乡村旅游整体处于以要素规模集聚为主的粗放发展阶段;可达性对促进旅游发展的效用显著,但旅游效率与可达性间耦合协调度偏低,存在可达性与旅游投入要素不协调状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 The relationship between tourism development and traffic accessibility is a key issue in tourism research and practice. To study the relationship between tourism development and traffic accessibility under the background of rural revitalization can provide guidance for optimizing the spatial allocation of resources for rural tourism development. Based on the statistical data of 375 tourist villages in Luoyang City,combined with geographical data and traffic data,this study uses Bootstrap-DEA model,accessibility algorithm based on raster consumption distance and coupling analysis method to study the allocation efficiency of rural tourism resources,traffic accessibility and the correlation between them. The results are as follows: The average comprehensive efficiency reaches 0. 411,the overall level is low,and it is in the extensive stage of development with factor agglomeration and scale expansion as the main factors. Average accessibility time is 2. 8 hours,which is lower than the average level of 4 A and 5 A tourist attractions in China. The level of coordination is 0. 46. The tourism efficiency of 66. 9% of the tourism villages lags behind the traffic accessibility. It reveals that the effectiveness of accessibility in promoting tourism development is remarkable,and the coordination degree between tourism input factors and accessibility is low and unbalanced in space,which delays the maximum benefit of tourism output.
