【摘要】 基于知识生产函数,从地理维度和经济维度构建空间邻接、空间距离和经济距离权重矩阵,采用探索性空间数据分析(ESDA)方法研究河南省各市创新能力的时空演化特征及空间相关性,构建普通面板模型和静态空间计量模型识别影响城市创新能力的关键因素,结合动态空间面板模型(SPDM)进一步探讨长期和短期效应下核心科技投入要素对创新能力的影响。结果表明:(1) 2010—2018年河南省创新能力空间分布并未发生明显改变,创新空间格局呈现以郑州市为中心的单核心模式;(2)以经济距离矩阵为代表的经济联系对河南省的创新能力产生了较明显的带动作用;(3) R&D资金及R&D研究人员均能提升整体创新能力,但前者边际效益更大,FDI具有负外部性效应。

【Abstract】 Based on the knowledge production function,this paper constructs three weighting matrices of spatial adjacency,spatial distance and economic distance from the geographical and economic dimensions. The ESDA method is used to analyze the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics and correlation of urban innovation capacity in Henan Province,and then constructs the general panel model and the static spatial econometric model identify the key factors that affect the city’s innovation ability,and then combine the SPDM model to further explore the impact of core technology input factors on innovation ability under the long-term and short-term effects. The study found that:(1) The spatial distribution of innovation capacity in Henan Province did not change significantly from 2010 to 2018,and the spatial pattern of innovation presents a single-core model centered on Zhengzhou City;(2) Economic ties have a significant leading effect on the innovative capacity of Henan cities;(3) R&D funds and R&D researchers can enhance the overall innovation ability,but the former has greater marginal benefits,and FDI has a negative externality effect.
