【Abstract】 Based on the standardization theory,this paper adopts the research methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to discuss the standardization of sports guidance service management.The aim is to improve the quality of sports guidance service and the management level of sports clubs.This study constructs 7 first-level and 56 second-level indicators for the standardization of sports guidance service management,and reveals 8 factors that affect the implementation of the organization and 8 subjects in the standardized evaluation.Thus,a standardized management process model with the goal of improving the management level of sports clubs is formed.更多还原
