体育锻炼对学生养成良好习惯的作用——以哈尔滨工程大学为例

【摘要】 体育锻炼对于很多大学生群体而言,在增强体质、陶冶情操和健全心理等方面扮演着重要的角色,其对于大学生行为习惯养成的促进作用决定了体育教学的重要性。当前学生行为习惯的调查与体育锻炼情况之间的关系尚无准确的参考资料,笔者通过调查哈尔滨工程大学部分学生的体育锻炼种类、锻炼时间,以及学生日常生活工作状态和学习状态等自我良好行为习惯的养成情况,结合相关文献,基于有关数据分析对学生行为习惯与体育锻炼在时间占用和逻辑关系的关联度进行总结,并例举出结果较好的方式,并结合行为心理学和教育心理学对体育教学改进提出一个有效方法,以期在未来体育教学领域提供一个可靠的参考方向。

【Abstract】 For many college students,physical exercise plays an important role in enhancing physical fitness,cultivating sentiment,and improving psychology.The promotion of college students’ behavior habits determines the importance of physical education.There is no accurate reference for the relationship between the current survey of student behaviors and physical exercise.The author has investigated self-good behaviors such as the type of physical exercise,exercise time,and daily living,working,and learning status of some students at Harbin Engineering University Habit formation,combined with relevant literature,based on relevant data analysis,summarizes the correlation between students’ behavior habits and physical exercise in time occupation and logical relationship and gives examples of better results,and combines behavioral psychology and educational psychology.The study proposes an effective method for the improvement of physical education teaching,with a view to providing a reliable reference direction in the future physical education teaching field.
