【Abstract】 With the rapid development of modern information technology,the concept of "Internet+" appears frequently in the public view.At the same time,it also has an inestimable impact on the development of college sports.In the 13th Five-Year plan of sports development,it is once again indicated that the strategy of "Internet+ sports" should be implemented and the Internet plus should be combined with the national sports.Based on a brief analysis of the current situation of College Students’ extracurricular sports activities,this paper focuses on the specific suggestions for innovation of extracurricular sports activities in Colleges and Universities Based on mobile APP.更多还原
