基于主动均衡的锂电池管理系统设计
Design of lithium battery management system based on active equalization
【摘要】 针对串联电池组中各单体电池在使用过程中存在的不一致性问题,设计了一种基于主动均衡的锂电池管理系统。该系统的主动均衡电路通过三次串联准谐振完成储能电容的充电、放电和极性反转以控制能量的转移,解决了开关电容法在均衡末期因压差较小导致的均衡速度慢、效率低的问题。对整个系统进行了硬件和软件设计,并在MATLAB/Simulink中建立了主动均衡的仿真模型,以滑动平均滤波算法处理后的滤波电压为一致性进行实验,仿真和实际实验测试结果表明所设计的电池管理系统具有均衡速度快、能量损耗低的优点,可实现电池间的零压差均衡。
【Abstract】 This paper designed a battery management system based on active equalization for the problem of inconsistency in the use process of each cell in the series battery pack.Its active equalization circuit controlled the energy transfer by realizing the charging,discharging and polarity reversal of the energy storage capacitor through three series quasi-resonances,which solved the problem of slow equalization speed and low efficiency caused by the low voltage difference in the final stage of equilibrium.The hardware and software of the entire system were designed,and the simulation model of active equalization was established in MATLAB/Simulink.The experiment was conducted with the filter voltage processed by the moving average filter algorithm as the consistency.The simulation and experimental results show that the designed battery management system has the advantages of fast equalization speed and low energy loss,and can achieve zero voltage difference equalization between batteries.
