中国废旧车用锂离子电池回收利用概况

【摘要】 近年来,我国新能源汽车及动力蓄电池产业迅猛发展,废旧车用动力电池的回收利用问题日益凸显。目前废旧动力电池回收利用包括梯级利用和材料回收两种方式,在国家政策支持下得到了快速发展。以中国废旧车用锂离子电池为例,系统总结了废旧锂离子电池回收利用行业的相关政策和标准情况,综述了梯级利用及拆解回收技术及相关模式,讨论了发展现状和趋势,为了解中国废锂离子电池回收利用提供了参考依据。

【Abstract】 With the development of new energy vehicles(NEVs) and power batteries industry in China,the recycling problem of the spent power batteries for electric vehicle is becoming increasingly prominent.Two recycling ways including cascade utilization and material regeneration have been rapidly developed under the support of governmental policies and regulations.The relevant policies and standards in China for the recycling of the spent lithium-ion batteries were summarized.The technology and related models of cascade utilization and dismantling recovery were reviewed,and the development status and trends were discussed,providing the references for better understanding of recycling of spent lithium-ion batteries in China.
