废旧电池LiFePO4/C材料的补磷再生研究

【摘要】 设计了一种全新的废旧电池LiFePO4/C材料全固态回收再生方法,通过焙烧对回收的LiFePO4/C材料进行除杂与均质化处理,达到提升原料纯度的目的。在此基础上,研究了磷源(NH4H2PO4)及烧结温度对LiFePO4/C材料修复再生效果的影响,当温度为650℃时得到的材料样品具有相对良好的物理和电化学性能,为废旧电池LiFePO4/C材料的再生利用拓展了新思路。

【Abstract】 A novel all-solid state route is designed to resynthesize LiFePO4/C materials from spent lithium ion batteries(LIBs).With this full-solid state route,a simple thermal treatment process is employed to purify and homogenize the recycled LiFePO4/C cathode materials.Further,the effect of P(NH4 H2 PO4) and thermal treatment temperature on the performances of regenerated LiFePO4/C materials is investigated.Among these resynthesized LiFePO4/C materials,the one with 650℃ shows relatively good physical and electrochemical performances.A new methodology for the resynthesis of LiFePO4/C materials has been developed.
