深海潜标系统的锂电池保温材料效果研究
Study on performance of lithium battery thermal insulation material for deep-sea submersible system
【摘要】 深海潜标系统的锂电池保温对其放电效率有较大影响,以为潜标系统供电的锂电池保温材料为研究对象,进行数值模拟与实验研究,分别对加入保温材料石蜡、聚氨酯发泡、气凝胶毡的锂电池及无保温材料锂电池在相同条件下进行内部温度与放电效率比较分析。用无保温电池作为对照实验,发现合理地加入保温材料可以有效提高海洋锂电池的放电效率。实验研究结果对潜标系统电池的保温材料的选择具有一定的指导意义。
【Abstract】 The thermal insulation of lithium battery for deep-sea submersible system has a great influence on the discharge efficiency.Taking lithium battery thermal insulation materials as the research object,the numerical simulation and experimental research were carried on.The internal temperature and discharge efficiency were compared under the same conditions for lithium batteries with thermal insulation material,such as paraffin,polyurethane foam,and aerogel felt and lithium battery without insulation material.It is found that the discharge efficiency of lithium battery can be improved by adding insulation materials reasonably.The experimental results have certain guiding significance for the selection of battery thermal insulation materials for the submersible system.
