工艺参数对Q345钢锌系磷化膜耐腐蚀性能的影响
Effect of Process Parameters on Corrosion Resistance of Zinc Phosphating Film on Q345 Steel
【摘要】 在Q345钢表面制备了锌系磷化膜,研究了磷化温度和时间对磷化膜耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,磷化温度和时间都对磷化膜的耐腐蚀性能有较大影响。磷化膜耐腐蚀性能的改变与其组织致密性、表面粗糙度和厚度随着磷化温度升高和磷化时间延长发生明显变化有关。磷化温度为60℃、磷化时间为20 min时,磷化膜表现出良好的耐腐蚀性能,其容抗弧半径最大,耐硫酸铜点滴时间最长达208 s,优于其它工艺参数下制备的磷化膜。
【Abstract】 Zinc phosphating film was prepared on the surface of Q345 steel,and the effect of phosphating temperature and time on the corrosion resistance of phosphating film was studied,respectively. The results showed that the phosphating temperature and phosphating time have a significant influence on the corrosion resistance of phosphating film. The variation of the corrosion resistance of phosphating film was related to the obvious change of densification,surface roughness and thickness with the increase of phosphating temperature and time. When the phosphating temperature was 60 ℃ and phosphating time was20 min,the phosphating film showed excellent corrosion resistance with the largest arc radius of capacitance resistance and the longest corrosion-resistance time of 208 s to copper sulfate dropping,which was better than that of the phosphating films prepared under other process parameters.
