拍合式继电器簧片和电弧运动关系测试与分析
Measurement and Analysis of Relationship between Reeds and Arc Motion of Clapper Relay
【摘要】 小型拍合式功率继电器在开断交流负载的过程中会产生高能量的电弧而烧蚀触头,同时因簧片振动,电弧时常跑出触头进而烧蚀簧片,严重影响继电器的电寿命和可靠性。为了研究簧片振动对电弧运动过程的影响,为拍合式继电器结构优化设计提供基础,提出一种基于高速摄像技术的测试方法,对动静簧片和电弧进行同步图像测试,通过图像处理得到运动关系曲线。采用控制变量法改变动簧片和静簧片的刚度,分析影响电弧运动的关键因素。结果表明,减弱簧片的振动有利于减小电弧的运动范围,使电弧相对稳定在触头表面。
【Abstract】 In the process of breaking AC load,a small clapper power relay will generate high-energy arc which will erode the contact. At the same time,due to the reed vibration,the arc often runs out of the contact and damage the reed,which will seriously affect the electrical life and reliability of the relay. In order to study the impact of reed vibration on the arc motion and provide the foundation for the optimal design of the relay structure,this paper presented a test method based on high speed camera technology to test images of the reeds and electric arcs synchronously and obtains their motion curves by image processing. Then the stiffness of the moving reed and the static reed was modified by the control variable method and the key factors affecting the arc motion were analyzed.The results show that reducing the reed vibration is beneficial to reducing the arc motion range and making the arc relatively stable on the contact surface.
