基于GeoServer OpenScales和Flex的气象数据WebGIS应用

【摘要】 为了满足区域自动气象站数据查询的需要,利用GeoServer组建了地理数据服务,在Flex平台下开发了一个B/S架构的WebGIS应用。应用包含一个可嵌入ASP页面的Flash地图控件,能实现地图浏览与数据查询。地图数据从本地GeoServer服务器中读取,再利用OpenScales实现地图功能;气象数据从远程SQL Server数据库中检索,查询结果分级显示在地图上,并能实时刷新和统计。该应用利用开源OpenScales类库实现了动态气象数据在GIS地图中的实时展示,设计了数据分级显示与单站曲线查询功能。应用运行稳定高效,能满足天气预警监控的及时性需求,为日常气象数据监控与预警提供了良好支撑。

【Abstract】 In order to meet the needs of data query for regional automatic meteorological stations, we used GeoServer to set up the geographical data service, and developed a WebGIS application of B/S architecture under the Flex platform. The application included a Flash map control that could be embedded in the ASP page, which had the functions of map browsing and data query. The map data were read from the local GeoServer server, and the map function was implemented by OpenScales. The meteorological data were retrieved from the remote SQLServer database, and the query results were displayed on the map hierarchically, which could realize the real-time refresh and statistics. The application used open source Openscales class library to solve the real-time display of dynamic meteorological data in GIS maps, and designed the functions of data hierarchical display and single station curve query. The application runs steadily and efficiently, which can meet the needs of timely weather warning and monitoring, and provide a good support for daily meteorological data monitoring and early warning.
