【Abstract】 Taking the data of catering outlet in 2017 for example, we used the plane kernel density estimation method based on spatial point model to estimate the density of catering outlets. And then, we analyzed the spatial distribution and characteristics of catering outlets in Nanjing City from the overall distribution characteristic, different scale catering centers and structure characteristic, and distribution characteristic of different levels catering outlets.更多还原
