电动汽车冬季热负荷及制热调节特性研究
Study on winter load and heating regulation characteristics of electric vehicles
【摘要】 电动汽车制热调节特性主要受冬季负荷特性和热泵系统制热性能的影响,采用热平衡法对电动汽车不同环境温度不同车速下的冬季负荷特性进行研究,建立热泵系统仿真模型,通过仿真得到不同工况下热泵系统制热性能,在7、-7、-15℃三种典型实验工况下验证了该模型误差4%。针对实验车辆,联合负荷特性与热泵制热性能研究其调节特性,结果表明:在环境温度≥-12℃时,热泵系统可通过调节实现独立供热;在-20~-12℃之间,需PTC提供部分热量;在-20℃时,宜采用PTC单独供热。
【Abstract】 The heating regulation characteristics of electric vehicles are mainly affected by the winter load characteristics and the heating performance of the heat pump system. The thermal load method is used to calculate the winter load characteristics of electric vehicles at different ambient temperatures and vehicle speeds. A heat pump system simulation model was established. Through the system simulation, the heating performance of the heat pump system under different conditions was obtained. The error of the model was verified to be less than 4% under three typical experimental conditions of-15 ℃. For the experimental vehicle, the combined load characteristics and heat pump heating performance were studied for their adjustment characteristics. The results show that the heat pump system can achieve independent heating by adjusting at ambient temperatures above-12 ℃. Between-20 ℃ and-12 ℃, PTC is required to provide some heat. When it is below-20℃, PTC should be used for heating alone.
