基于LabVIEW的阿贝4F系统成像实验的仿真设计
Design of Abbe 4F Imaging Based on LabVIEW
【摘要】 利用LabVIEW软件设计了在阿贝4F系统成像过程中的各个环节,利用生成的二维光栅作为物面图像,之后利用傅里叶变换得到频谱,再通过滤波器对频谱信息进行处理,最后通过傅里叶逆变换得到像面图像。在生成的二维光栅与二维滤波器的设计与仿真中,可方便操作和控制光栅与滤波器的类型和大小,对理解频域与空域图像的对应关系起到了积极作用。
【Abstract】 Based on LabVIEW software,the imaging process of Abbe 4 F system is designed at all the parts.Object image is generated by two-dimensional grating,and the frequency spectrum is obtained by Fourier transform.After the frequency spectrum is processed by different filters,an image plane image is produced by inverse Fourier transform.In the design and simulation of the generated two-dimensional grating and different two-dimensional filters,it is convenient to operate and control the type and size of the grating and the filters.This program plays an active role in understanding the correspondence between frequency spectrum and spatial image.
