便携式扫频信号发生器设计与研制
Development of Portable Sweep Frequency Signal Generator
【摘要】 在现代的通信、雷达、医疗等领域,信号发生器已经成为系统研发和调试的必备工具,而目前市面上的信号发生器价格贵、体积大,不能满足实际需求,因此研制了一款便携式扫频信号发生器。研究直接数字频率合成的原理,设计信号发生器的指标,详细介绍了硬件设计与软件架构,并对所产生的信号进行误差测试分析。测试结果表明,该扫频信号发生器符合设计指标,输出正弦信号最高频率为105 MHz,谐波失真小于-50 dBc,峰峰值达5 Vpp,信号输出频率误差优于3×10-6,信号模式灵活可调,能够用于大多数系统。
【Abstract】 In modern communication, radar, medical and other fields, signal generators have become an indispensable tool for system development and debugging. The current signal generators on the market are expensive, large in size, and unable to meet actual needs. A portable frequency sweeping signal generator. The principle of direct digital frequency synthesis is studied, the spectrum characteristics of DDS under ideal conditions are analyzed, the indicator of the signal generator is designed, the hardware design and software architecture are introduced in detail, and the error test and analysis of the generated signal are performed. The test results show that the swept frequency signal generator meets the design specifications, the highest output frequency of the sine signal is 105 MHz, the harmonic distortion is less than-50 dBc, the peak-to-peak value is 5 Vpp, the signal output frequency error is better than 3 PPM, the signal mode is flexible and adjustable, and it can be used In most actual systems.
