超限的高层住宅结构设计与抗震分析

【摘要】 某住宅底层为满足建筑大空间要求而采用部分框支剪力墙结构,文中通过YJK计算结构小震下的周期、位移、楼层抗剪承载力等整体指标,分析了采用部分框支剪力墙结构的可行性,大震下采用SAUSAGE弹塑性时程对结构进行整体损伤分析,结果表明框支柱、框支梁、落地剪力墙等能满足抗震性能设计要求,保证结构在大震下实现性能目标,为后续的施工图设计和类似工程的结构设计提供依据。

【Abstract】 In order to meet large space ground floor, the partial frame-supported shear wall structure is adopted at a residential building. To analyze on the feasibility of the partial frame-supported shear wall structure, the period,the displacement, and shear capacity in a story is calculated under frequent earthquake by using YJK. The whole damage analysis of structure was conducted by using SAUSAGE elastoplastic time history under large earthquake.The results show that the performances of frame-supporting column, frame-supported beam, and shear wall linked with the ground can meet the requirements of seismic design, ensuring the performance of the structure under large earthquake. The paper provides the basis for the following construction design and the similar structure designs.
