竹管抗弯性能试验研究
RESEARCH ON FLEXURAL CAPABILITY OF BAMBOO TUBES
【摘要】 竹管做梁构件时,常在集中荷载作用下发生破坏。为探索竹管弯曲承载力,文中提出了抗弯分配梁试验装置,进行了长管的弯曲试验,用分配梁测出长管的抗弯承载力;将竹管抗弯试验装置简化为简支计算梁模型,结合抗弯计算模型与竹管荷载-位移曲线的弹性阶段斜率,计算出各竹管的纵向平均弹性模量值,并解释了该计算值偏小的原因。
【Abstract】 When bamboo tubes are used as beam in bamboo building, they are often destroyed by concentrated load. In order to further explore the flexural capacity of bamboo tubes, this article proposes a testing device of bending distribution beam which is used to test the flexural capacity of the long tubes. Meanwhile, the test device of bending distribution beam is simplified into a computational model of simply supported beam. Furthermore, the bamboo tubes’ longitudinal modulus of elasticity is calculated based on the computational model and the slope of load-displacement curve in the elastic stage. Finally, the reason why modulus value is smaller than the value calculated in the microscopic test are explained.
