应用于电动汽车无线充电系统的金属材料屏蔽结构研究

【摘要】 无线电能传输技术作为一种新兴技术具有高可靠性、实用性和安全性等优点,在很多领域有着巨大的应用前景,其中一个主要应用是在电动汽车无线充电方面。针对电动汽车无线充电系统的电磁辐射问题,首先对电动汽车无线充电时周边的区域通过有限元仿真分析,得出只加入磁性屏蔽材料汽车两侧下部的磁感应强度会存在部分区域的超标,对人体安全构成潜在威胁。然后针对车两侧的超标区域对比了几种金属材料屏蔽结构的屏蔽效果。最后验证了竖直和水平屏蔽两种结构的有效性。

【Abstract】 As an emerging technology, wireless power transmission technology with such advantages as high reliability, practicability and security has a huge application prospect in many fields. One of its main applications lies in wireless charging of electric vehicles. With respect to electromagnetic radiation of the wireless charging system for electric vehicles, finite element simulation analysis was firstly made in the surrounding area during wireless charging of the electric vehicle, and it was concluded that the magnetic induction strength of the lower part at both sides of the vehicle would exceed the limits specified in the standard in some areas when only magnetic shielding material was added, thus posing a potential threat to the human body. Furthermore, the shielding effects of shielding structures of several metal materials were compared for areas out of limits at both sides of the vehicle. Finally, the effectiveness of vertical and horizontal shielding structures was verified through experiments.
